Transportation and Critical Infrastructure Update
April 30, 2020
To better understand the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) needs of critical infrastructure partners, Public Safety Canada is launching a second survey to capture more in-depth data with respect to supply and demand for PPE, including sanitization products and COVID-19 testing kits. More specifically, the new PPE and Sanitization Products Inventory Survey seeks to capture organization contact information and sub-sector information, and to better articulate supply chain challenges and projected PPE shortages.
If you haven’t yet, please ensure that you have reviewed guidance regarding the use of PPE in your jurisdiction prior to completing the survey, as well as the Public Health Agency of Canada’s guidance on Risk-informed decision-making guidelines for workplaces and businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic.
