CIAC Recognizes NOVA Chemicals’ New Circular Solutions Business, Commitment to Recycled Plastics

The Chemistry Industry Association of Canada (CIAC) is pleased to recognize NOVA Chemicals’ commitment to recycled plastics and sustainability with the establishment of NOVA Circular Solutions–a new line of business focusing on lower-emission, recycled solutions. 

“The demand for recycled plastics is on the rise and will continue to grow for years to come. NOVA Circular Solutions addresses a societal need for high-quality, recycled polyethylene (rPE) that will help lower emissions and decarbonize while embracing the strengths sustainable plastics provide,” said Bob Masterson, CIAC President and CEO. 

Plastics are pivotal for a modern, sustainable way of life and NOVA’s Circular Solutions’ SYNDIGO rPE is designed to support recycled content and decarbonization goals of converters and brand owners. CIAC members are dedicated to developing a circular economy for plastics and the establishment of NOVA Circular Solutions is another step in that direction.
