CIAC congratulates NOVA Chemicals on the launch of the Canadian Centre of Excellence for Plastics Circularity 

The Chemistry Industry Association of Canada (CIAC) is pleased to learn that its valued member, NOVA Chemicals has launched their Canadian Centre of Excellence for Plastics Circularity.  

This centre will serve as a hub for knowledge exchange and technology development for the circular economy for plastics with a focus on research and development and value chain-integrated solutions. The initiative builds on five decades of innovation and sustainability leadership at NOVA.  

“NOVA, a long-time member of CIAC, has been a leader in the transition to a circular economy for plastics with their innovative designs reducing waste, and investment in low-carbon solutions.
