CIAC celebrates Great Place to Work® Certification Nation Day

On October 4, CIAC celebrated Certification Nation Day along with Great Place to Work-Certified™ companies across the country. The day is designated to salute and recognize the companies working to create great places to work for all.  

“At CIAC, we follow the the Responsible Care® ethic of doing the right thing and to be seen to do the right thing. This includes supporting our employees as whole people with individual needs. A workforce that feels heard, valued, and supported is an effective workforce,” said Bob Masterson, President and CEO of CIAC. 

This certification is based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about their workplace experience. Great Place to Work Certification uses 30 years of research to quantify the current state of an organization’s workplace culture and show how it compares to the best organizations. 

Great Place to Work Certification is recognized worldwide by employees and employers alike and is the global benchmark for identifying outstanding employee experiences.
