This report documents the observations and conclusions of the independent verification team tasked with conducting a Responsible Care® verification of Chemtura Canada Co./Cie. (Chemtura) The verification was conducted on December 1st and 2nd 2015 and included a team visit to the Elmira Ontario Canadian head office and manufacturing facility. The company also maintains a warehousing operation on Bonnie Crescent in Elmira and a manufacturing facility in West Hill Ontario. All Responsible Care Management Systems reviewed pertain to all Canadian operations. This was the forth verification completed for Chemtura with the previous verification completed on March 7th. 2013.
This report documents the observations and conclusions of the independent verification team tasked with conducting a Responsible Care Verification of Canada Colors and Chemicals Limited (CCC). The verification was undertaken and included team visits to Brampton, ON, November 18 - 20, 2015 and Leduc, AB November 23, 2015. The verification team also conducted interviews with other company personnel and external stakeholders at locations where the team was unable to visit. This was the seventh Responsible Care verification completed for CCC. The last verification was completed on November 13 – 15, 2012.
Following are the findings of the RCMS® Certification audit conducted at Canadian National in Montreal, Quebec, on November 10 – 12, 2015, by Kevin Mayo - CPEA and Wayne Winslow - CPEA. Mr. Mayo and Mr. Winslow are certified Responsible Care® auditors and Midland Engineering Ltd. (MEL) is an approved Audit Service Provider through BEAC (Board of Environmental Health and Safety Auditor Certification).
